Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA in New Jersey seeks a Bilingual Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD, in-home or clinic settings. You will work with a BCBA and a collaborative care team to support communication, social, and daily living skills.

No certification yet? Training is provided, RBT exam cost covered, premium pay for bilingual candidates, and opportunities for growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Minimum age 18.
• Reliable transportation to travel up to 30 miles.
• Experience with children (childcare, teaching, or early childhood) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in-home or clinic-based.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Use CentralReach or similar tools to track data.
• Collaborate with BCBA and care team during meetings.
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
• Provide basic care tasks (toileting, feeding) as needed.
