Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA in New Jersey seeks a bilingual Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD, working with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a collaborative care team to deliver compassionate care.

Not certified yet? We’ll train you and cover your RBT exam cost. We offer premium hourly rates for in-home sessions, clinic-based support, paid training, and strong clinical growth opportunities as part of the team.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Minimum age 18.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation (travel up to 20 miles).
• Any experience working with children is a great foundation!
• Physically able to perform job duties (kneeling, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs.)

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions in-home or clinic-based.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Use CentralReach to conduct preference assessments and track data.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive ongoing feedback and supervision.
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
• Provide basic care (e.g., toileting, eating) as needed.
