Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA in New Jersey is seeking a Bilingual Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD, in-home or clinic-based settings. You’ll work with a BCBA and a collaborative care team to deliver compassionate care and help children develop communication, social, and daily living skills.

If not certified, we’ll train you and cover the RBT exam cost, with ongoing supervision and opportunities for advancement within the organization.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Minimum age 18 and high school diploma.
• Reliable transportation with travel up to 20 miles.
• Experience working with children is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy sessions in-home or clinic.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Use CentralReach to track data and assessments.
• Collaborate with BCBA and care team.
• Maintain program books and teaching materials.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
