Job summary

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
• Two years of reception or call center experience with high-volume workload.
• Alternatively an associate degree as stated.
• Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Responsibilities

• First face of contact in most field offices, providing a welcoming environment.
• Assist clients in person, by phone, or email to resolve questions using Oregon Eligibility system.
• Support office infrastructure and day-to-day operations.
• Handle confidential information discreetly.
• Work in a trauma-informed service approach.
• Some financial duties, tracking and accounting of actions.
