Job summary

Crossbeam Investments, LLP is seeking a Property Manager for Westview Apartment on Beacon Hill in Seattle. The role involves overseeing leasing, resident relations, rent collection, budgeting, and compliance with Fair Housing laws, with bilingual English/Spanish requirements.

The position requires 2–5 years of property management experience, strong accounting skills, and knowledge of multi-family operations.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Basic working knowledge of multi-family property management.
• Strong accounting experience and budgeting familiarity.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manages property and staff per company policies and laws.
• Shows units to prospective residents and explains occupancy terms.
• Conducts resident screening and processes applications with deposits.
• Collects rents, issues receipts, and posts entries in accounting system.
• Selects vendors and approves property purchases.
• Assists with annual operating budget development and manages within budget.
• Performs evictions as required and handles related legal proceedings.
• Resolves resident complaints and oversees activities.
• Monitors progress of contracted work and maintenance requests.
• Inspects vacant units and common areas for readiness and safety.
