Job summary

Propertyse seeks a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day property operations, tenant relations, leasing, and owner communication. You will manage maintenance, rent collection, and compliance, while leveraging dashboards and PM software to keep records current.

Ideal candidates are bilingual in English and Spanish, highly organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple properties with strong communication across tenants, owners, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in Property Management, residential/multifamily
• Bilingual English and Spanish (fluent spoken and written)
• Proficient with property management software (AppFolio or similar)
• Knowledge of project management software is a plus
• Minimum 2 years in a customer-facing role and multitasking capable
• Oversee daily property operations, tenant inquiries, and owner/vendor communications

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations across the portfolio
• Manage tenant relations, inquiries, complaints, and conflict resolution
• Coordinate maintenance, leasing, and move-ins/outs
• Oversee rent collections and delinquencies
• Communicate with property owners and vendors and provide performance updates
• Maintain dashboards and records in Google Sheets, ClickUp, and PM databases
