11Residential seeks a Property Manager for Woodhaven Apartments in Everett, WA, overseeing daily operations across a 107-unit property, including leasing, marketing, financials, and staff supervision to ensure resident satisfaction.

In-person work is required; strong knowledge of Fair Housing laws is essential, and experience with Yardi Voyager is expected. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, with opportunities for bonuses based on performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing multifamily properties.
• Proficient with Yardi Voyager; experience with CRM IQ, RentCafe, HappyCo.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams).
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus.
• Solid knowledge of Fair Housing laws at local, state, and federal levels.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Must work in-person on premises; no remote work.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance and leasing staff, delegate tasks, provide training and coaching, and ensure timely completion of work.
• Review and approve lease applications per policies and standards.
• Maintain high occupancy through retention strategies and targeted marketing.
• Stay informed about market conditions to optimize property performance.
• Increase revenue while managing expenses, including collections and delinquency control.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and address issues promptly.
• Oversee maintenance operations and service requests to standards.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
• Coordinate resident activities and monthly communications.
• Prepare and deliver financial and marketing reports to stakeholders.
• Manage property budget and purchasing protocols.
• Utilize Yardi Voyager, CRM IQ, RentCafe, HappyCo for records and reporting.
• Conduct regular property inspections and address maintenance needs.
• Collaborate with leadership and HR on recruitment and performance management.
• Assist other properties when needed.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned.
