Job summary

Atlas Asset Management seeks a bilingual English/Spanish Property Manager to oversee a designated multifamily portfolio on the South Side of Chicago. This field-based role requires professional fluency in both English and Spanish and offers a $65,000 base salary plus annual bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits.

You will manage the resident relationship from move-in forward, serving as the primary contact for residents, coordinating inspections, posting notices, and facilitating lease

Qualifications

• Fluency in conversational Spanish and English required to communicate with residents.
• Experience in property management, real estate, or customer service preferred.
• Strong resident-facing communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lease renewals: proactively engage residents to facilitate the lease renewal process.
• Own the resident relationship from move in forward.
• Post notices at buildings and attend inspections.
• Assist with collections as needed and coordinate property walks.
• Enforce lease and company policies amongst residents.
