Resource Innovations seeks a bilingual customer support specialist to assist LUMA rebate applicants via email and phone. You will review applications, ensure documents are complete, and enter data into our tracking system.

You will maintain filing, protect confidential information, and collaborate with teams to improve processes, reporting to the broader operations group. A college degree or relevant experience is required.

Qualificações

• College degree or 3 years of experience in customer service, administrative, or support roles.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, attention-to-detail, and accuracy skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support to LUMA customers applying for rebates via email and phone.
• Process applications and supporting documents; enter data into program tracking system.
• Maintain data accuracy and follow established processes; escalate issues.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate processing.
• Maintain filing systems and safeguard confidential information.
• Contribute to process improvements and team training as needed.
