Qualifications

• College degree or 3 years of experience in customer service/administrative role.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, attention-to-detail, and accuracy skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to LUMA customers via email and phone.
• Process program applications and verify documentation for completeness.
• Maintain data accuracy and adhere to processes; escalate issues as needed.
• Coordinate with other departments to support customer needs and timely processing.
• Maintain filing systems and safeguard confidential information.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and participate in continuous improvement.
