Dal-Tile Corp. is seeking a Bilingual Production Trainer to support our manufacturing team in El Paso. The role focuses on on-the-job training for new hires and seasoned staff, with a goal of becoming a SME on production processes and SOPs.

The trainer will develop and update SOP documentation, deliver coaching, and conduct training sessions on equipment and procedures while coordinating with team leads and HR. Strong English/Spanish communication is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3+ years’ experience as a trainer or training facilitator in manufacturing preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilités

• Tailor training materials and provide direction to trainees.
• Assess, coach, and train on operational procedures and materials.
• Collaborate with Team Leads, Supervisors, Management, and HR to identify training needs.
• Develop teaching aids and implement testing and evaluation procedures.
• Lead new hire orientation and OJT sessions; retrain as needed.
• Report progress of trainees to management; maintain clear communications.
