Job summary

Lake Country Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a bilingual Production Lead to help employees understand our procedures and policies, ensuring consistent production quality. This role requires fluent English and Spanish.

You will partner with area leaders to train staff, translate questions confidentially, and ensure SOPs are clearly understood. You will also support training via video explanations for new equipment and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Experience in manufacturing or quality is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Calm, regulated under pressure and steady.
• Willing to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Partner with area leaders and supervisors to train employees on processes and best practices.
• Translate questions and guidance while maintaining confidentiality for personnel matters.
• Ensure instructions and SOPs are clearly understood by staff.
• Explain SOPs on video for training when new equipment is added.
• Maintain quality standards across production and shipping.
• Monitor production quality through floor observations.
• Help resolve issues and implement process improvements.
• Communicate safety standards and verify employee understanding.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support continuous improvement.
• Learn machine operation to improve training effectiveness.
