Job summary

Dal-Tile LLC is seeking a Production Trainer to develop and deliver on-the-job training for new hires and seasoned staff on SOPs and processes. The role centers on coaching on the production floor, creating training materials, and evaluating trainee performance to ensure proficiency.

The trainer will work with team leads, supervisors, and HR to tailor content, test effectiveness, and support continuous improvement initiatives on both 1st and 2nd shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of trainer or training facilitator experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Tailor training materials and guide trainees.
• Assess, coach, and train on procedures and SOPs.
• Collaborate with Team Leads, Supervisors and HR to identify training needs.
• Develop teaching aids based on workforce requirements.
