Dal-Tile is seeking a Production Trainer to develop training programs, coach employees, and document SOPs. This role will primarily operate on the production floor, delivering on-the-job training and onboarding for new hires and tenured staff.

You will work with Team Leads, Supervisors, HR, and management to tailor materials, conduct training sessions, and update SOP binders. A high school diploma and 3+ years of manufacturing training experience are required; proficiency with MS Office is

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years experience as trainer or training facilitator in a manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Provide on-the-job training (OJT) to new hires and tenured employees.
• Maintain and update the SOP binder for the entire operation; create and document new SOPs as necessary.
• Create training materials and coaching; assess candidates on equipment to ensure proficiency.
• Observe, coach, and evaluate employees on the production floor.
• Report progress of employees under training to management; communicate clearly with the team.
