Responsibilities
Work with customers to gather details on scope of work for all new jobs
Facilitate each project through to completion, documenting all details and steps
Partner with commercial and residential sales teams to coordinate new jobs to completion
Communicate with customers, internal teams and contracted partners on project details
Visit customer sites to ensure success in pre‑ and post‑project completion
Ensure clients are supported and satisfied
Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly
Communicate regularly with team members
Support costing and gross margin objectives for both production teams and the business
Demonstrate a commitment to safety and best practices
Skills
Bilingual in Spanish and English
Customer service experience
Project coordination experience
Familiarity with construction/building trades
Basic computer proficiency
