Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing leadership or production supervision experience preferred.
• Experience managing hourly production employees in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, observation, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage changing priorities while maintaining productivity and operational stability.
• Hands-on leadership approach with floor presence and employee engagement.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Production Management: Lead and oversee daily production activities to meet schedules, productivity goals, and delivery requirements.
• Maintain a strong presence on the production floor to monitor workflow, quality, efficiency, and employee performance.
• Coordinate staffing, labor assignments, and workflow based on changing production needs.
• Identify and resolve operational challenges to minimize disruptions and maintain production flow.
• Monitor production progress and communicate potential delays or concerns to leadership.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration with other departments to support manufacturing goals.
