Job summary

Plumbing Solutions LLC in Lexington, SC is hiring a bilingual Project Coordinator to lead daily scheduling, team coordination, and job readiness for residential plumbing construction. This role requires fluency in English and Spanish and hands-on experience coordinating crews, inspectors, and homeowners from diverse backgrounds.

You will manage schedules, confirm job readiness using TTC, track performance, and ensure paperwork and plans are prepared in both languages. On-call rotation included.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish (oral and written) and ability to conduct daily team briefings.
• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, field operations, dispatch, or related roles.
• Ability to manage job readiness logistics, including materials, permits, and inspections.
• Proven leadership to keep crews accountable to schedules and performance metrics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling tools; effective written and verbal communication.
• Availability for on‑call rotation and after‑hours support.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily bilingual team briefings in English and Spanish.
• Manage project schedules and coordinate crews and supervisors across languages.
• Verify job readiness using the TTC method (Text, Text, Call) and ensure bilingual paperwork.
• Coordinate with field supervisors, inspectors, and builders; bridge language gaps as needed.
• Track crew performance and support training across language barriers.
• Forecast materials, permits, and inspections with bilingual teams.
• Ensure plans and dispatches are ready and accessible in both languages.
