You will mentor coordinators, develop new business through prospecting and account management, review performance, and balance workloads to maximize growth. The role ensures timely processing of job orders with quality candidates while controlling expenses within budget.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field with at least 3 years in staffing.
• Ability to speak multiple languages is highly desirable (bilingual).
• 3 years of leadership experience mentoring, delegating, and motivating teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of Service Coordinators to meet productivity and performance goals.
• Mentor and develop Service Coordinators.
• Promote new and existing business through prospecting and account management.
• Review performance of designated Service Coordinators.
• Balance workload to maximize performance and growth.
• Identify talent via multiple recruitment channels.
• Maintain contact with major clients and prospects to maximize sales and satisfaction.
• Control expenses to meet budget guidelines.
• Ensure job orders are filled with quality candidates.
