Job summary

People Talent Acquisition seeks a PROJECT DOCUMENT CONTROL SPECIALIST to manage and control project documentation from design through execution, ensuring accuracy, currentness, and proper distribution in line with contractual requirements. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction document control.
• Hands-on Procore experience in construction/project environment.
• Experience with pharmaceutical/industrial capital projects preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish and English required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate project records: drawings, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Manage project documentation workflows within Procore.
• Configure Procore workflows to support document control.
• Ensure procedures comply with project and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, engineers, subs, and vendors.
• Support project closeout with outstanding documentation.
• Provide training on Procore document control processes.
