Qualifications

• 5+ years of document controls experience.
• Hands-on Procore experience required.
• Experience with PMIS platforms and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project documentation, drawings, specs, reports, and records.
• Use Procore to manage document workflows and revisions.
• Support day-to-day document control activities across teams.
• Review processes and identify opportunities to improve consistency and efficiency.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure accuracy.
• Assist with configuration and maintenance of document management/PMIS platforms.
• Maintain naming conventions, revision histories, and distribution records.
• Develop and update document control procedures and training materials.
• Support compliance with internal, client, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide guidance on Procore usage and monitor document status.
