Qualifications

We are seeking a Bilingual English/Spanish Pre-Litigation Employment Attorney to join our Beverly Hills team. This opportunity is designed for newly licensed California attorneys through those with up to two years of experience who are interested in developing their careers in employment law, with a particular focus on pre-litigation case development, claim evaluation, demand preparation, negotiations, and client advocacy.

No prior attorney experience is required. Whether you've recently passed the California Bar or have already gained a few years of experience, we want to hear from you.

Professional fluency in both English and Spanish is required, as this position involves communicating directly with Spanish-speaking clients throughout the pre-litigation process.

You’ll work alongside experienced attorneys and legal support staff on real employment law matters, gaining meaningful experience in evaluating potential claims, preparing demands, developing case strategies, and supporting negotiations and case resolution.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with managing employment law cases throughout the pre-litigation process
• Evaluate potential employment law claims, including reviewing case facts, documentation, and supporting evidence
• Assist in developing pre-litigation strategies and evaluating potential case resolutions
• Draft and prepare demand letters, legal correspondence, and other pre-litigation documents
• Conduct legal research related to California employment laws and potential claims
• Assist with settlement negotiations and pre-litigation resolution efforts
• Communicate directly with English- and Spanish-speaking clients regarding case developments, documentation, and next steps
• Coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure cases progress efficiently
• Maintain accurate case files, documentation, and important deadlines
• Develop practical knowledge of California employment law and pre-litigation procedures
• Gain exposure to AI-assisted legal workflows and technology-driven legal operations
• Take on increasing responsibility as your knowledge, experience, and confidence develop

Who We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active California Bar membership in good standing
• Newly licensed attorneys through candidates with up to three years of attorney experience
• Professional fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken
• Strong interest in employment law, particularly pre-litigation matters
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and confidence working directly with clients
• Ability to work full-time, on-site in Beverly Hills, California

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with employment law, particularly pre-litigation case development and resolution
• Experience evaluating employment claims and developing case strategies
• Experience drafting demand letters and legal correspondence
• Exposure to settlement negotiations and pre-litigation dispute resolution
• Familiarity with California employment laws and employee rights
• Prior legal internships, clerkships, or paralegal experience
• Interest in AI-assisted legal technology and modern law firm operations
