This role targets attorneys with at least four years of employment litigation experience who will handle sophisticated, high-profile matters for a diverse client base and contribute to the growth of the firm's California Labor & Employment practice.

The successful candidate will manage cases through all phases of litigation, collaborate with colleagues, and play a role in business

Qualifikationen

• Admission to the California Bar in good standing.
• Minimum 4 years of employment litigation experience.
• Ability to independently manage litigation matters through all stages of the dispute process.
• Strong project and case management skills.
• Excellent legal writing, analytical, and advocacy abilities.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Experience handling multiple matters in a fast-paced practice environment.
• Deposition experience preferred.
• Courtroom experience preferred.
• Outstanding academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Compensation

Base Salary: $265,000 - $365,000 annually

This range represents the anticipated salary for the position. Actual compensation may vary based on a variety of factors, including experience, qualifications, skills, and geographic location.
