Job summary

Proper Law, PC seeks an Associate Litigation Attorney with 1+ years of litigation experience who will manage hearings, depositions, and discovery. Hybrid schedule after an initial 90-day onboarding, with in-office work 3 days and remote 2 days.

• Active California State Bar license in good standing.
• 1+ years of litigation experience (personal injury, employment, lemon law, or similar).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.

About the Role

We are seeking an Associate Litigation Attorney with 1+ years of litigation experience who is ready to take ownership of hearings, depositions, and discovery. You will manage your own caseload with dedicated support from our case manager and paralegal team, and you will have a clear path to expert work and trial preparation.

Compensation and Benefits
