Qualifications
- JD from an accredited law school.
- Active California Bar membership in good standing.
- 0–3 years of attorney experience.
- Professional fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
- Interest in pre-litigation employment law and strong research/writing skills.
- Willingness to work full-time on-site in Beverly Hills.
Responsibilities
- Assist with managing pre-litigation employment law cases.
- Evaluate potential claims and supporting evidence.
- Develop pre-litigation strategies and evaluate resolutions.
- Draft demand letters and other pre-litigation documents.
- Conduct legal research on California employment law.
- Assist with negotiations and pre-litigation resolutions.
- Communicate with English- and Spanish-speaking clients.
- Coordinate with attorneys and staff to progress cases.
- Maintain accurate case files and deadlines.
- Gain exposure to AI-assisted workflows and technology-driven operations.
