RB Global Inc. is seeking a Post Sale Support Specialist to deliver first-class service for customers on live and online platforms.

You will handle post-sale questions and issues including sales tax, payment collection, defaults and initial dispute resolution. Qualifications

• 1-3 years in collections or sales tax with emphasis on customer service and quick resolution.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers about payment status and options.
• Review and adjust Sales Tax, issuing refunds when appropriate.
• Handle the initial stages of dispute resolution and determine appropriate steps.
• Explain policies and Terms to customers and coordinate with internal teams as needed.
