The role emphasizes strong networking knowledge, cross-team collaboration, and travel across locations. The ideal candidate has hands-on POS experience for multi-terminal deployments, excellent troubleshooting skills, and is fluent in English with Spanish

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in Information Technology, Networking, or related field preferred.
• Fluent in English; bilingual Spanish is required.
• 2–3 years restaurant or technical support experience preferred.
• Ability to travel 50–75% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual site surveys and assess readiness of wiring, networking, and power.
• Install and configure POS hardware (workstations, printers, pin pads, cash drawers).
• Deliver onsite staff training and live support for teams.
• Configure menu/system updates and reporting.
• Perform post-installation follow-ups and issue remediation.
• Travel regularly to client sites to support deployments.
• Maintain thorough records in internal systems per SOPs.
