Jobgether is a fast-growing, fully remote SaaS company hiring across Europe. This versatile role combines talent acquisition and HR operations, covering the entire employee journey from engagement through onboarding and HR administration.

You will conduct HR interviews, manage recruitment pipelines, and automate workflows with AI-enabled tools, while working remotely with flexible hours across Europe.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years HR experience, preferably in startups or scale-ups.
• Fluent French and English at B2+ level.
• Familiarity with ATS/HRIS systems and HR workflows.

Responsibilities

• Conduct HR interviews and manage recruitment pipelines with hiring managers.
• Own pre-onboarding, onboarding, and HR administrative tasks for employees.
• Automate workflows and improve employee touchpoints with AI-enabled tools.
