Job summary

TransPerfect is seeking a Player Support Agent to join our global gaming support team. You will respond to player queries across ticketing, chat, email, and social channels, triage issues, and follow documented steps to resolve problems.

You will need strong English and Spanish communication, attention to detail, and a player-focused mindset. Training is provided, and you will work with international teams to maintain high confidentiality and quality support.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer or player support is helpful; training provided.
• Ability to investigate issues and escalate when needed.
• Comfort with ticketing systems and online workspaces.

Responsibilities

• Respond to player queries via ticketing, chat, email, and social channels.
• Triages issues, investigates problems, and follows documented steps.
• Provide clear, friendly responses per project guidelines.
• Familiarize with supported games to understand issues.
• Document issues, trends, bugs, and escalations.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams.
• Meet service level, productivity, and CSAT targets.
• Assist with reporting and data tracking in approved platforms.
• Support managers and teammates with tasks as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality, data privacy, and info security.
