TransPerfect's Player Support team is seeking a dedicated Agent to help players across titles, platforms, and communities. You will respond to inquiries, investigate issues, and provide clear, professional assistance.

You should enjoy video games, communicate clearly, and be able to follow documented processes. Training will cover the games, tools, and workflows.

This role offers a fast-paced, global environment with opportunities to grow in player support, escalation handling, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer or player support is helpful but not required.
• Training will be provided for games, tools, and workflows.
• Experience with Zendesk, Helpshift, Salesforce, Intercom, or similar tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Respond to player queries through ticketing, chat, email, and social channels.
• Triage player issues, investigate problems, and follow documented steps.
• Provide clear, friendly, and accurate responses in line with guidelines.
• Escalate complex issues to internal or client-side teams when needed.
• Document player issues, trends, bugs, and escalations in the workspace.
