Qualifications

• Prior customer or player support experience is helpful but not required.
• Familiarity with ticketing platforms and online collaboration tools is advantageous.
• Interest in video games across platforms and genres is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to player queries through ticketing, chat, email, and social channels.
• Triage issues, investigate problems, and follow documented steps.
• Provide clear, friendly, and accurate responses per project guidelines.
• Become familiar with the games you support to better understand issues.
• Escalate complex issues to internal or client-side teams as needed.
• Meet service level, productivity, quality, and player experience targets.
• Assist with reporting by tracking information through approved platforms.
