Job summary

MOBIS Corporate Center of America in Highland Park, MI seeks an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations and translate business priorities into effective people programs. You will manage payroll, talent acquisition, employee relations, and workforce planning to drive engagement and performance.

Partner with business leaders to identify workforce needs, implement talent strategies, and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, management, or related field.
• Minimum of ten years of progressive HR experience across multiple HR disciplines.
• Minimum of three years in a HR Manager or equivalent leadership role.
• Experience in developing and improving HR policies, programs, or procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
• Manage payroll administration and accuracy of compensation records.
• Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition including requisitions, onboarding, and governance.
• Support employee relations, workplace concerns, and policy interpretation.
• Maintain HR systems, records, and reporting with accuracy and efficiency.
• Supervise HR team members and support development.
• Develop workforce planning strategies for current and future needs.
• Analyze recruiting effectiveness and workforce trends to improve staffing.
• Improve candidate experience and governance in hiring practices.
• Identify critical talent gaps and develop sustainable pipelines.
• Oversee onboarding, development, and performance management processes.
• Contribute to compensation reviews and internal equity.
• Design and improve HR policies and programs for talent management.
• Evaluate existing HR processes for efficiency and compliance.
• Lead HR projects aligning people strategies with business goals.
• Collaborate with managers to address workforce challenges.
