Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist - Bilingual Per Diem to join our Ridgewood Patient Service Center in Ridgewood, NJ. The role involves skilled specimen collection, patient service, and potential travel to other sites.

This casual/per diem position offers hours as needed, with a pay range of $17.60 to $30.41 per hour, and opportunities for growth within Labcorp's extensive laboratory network.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program required.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all ages.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Enter patient data accurately and promptly.
• Process billing information and collect payments when needed.
• Prepare specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain logs for patient and specimen information.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Perform administrative/clerical duties as necessary.
• Travel to additional sites as needed.
