Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or currently attending high school.
• Bilingual Spanish/English communication required.
• Six months of retail/customer service experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Background check required by company policy.
• Teamwork and ability to get along with co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, handling cash receipts/payments in a high-volume environment.
• Evaluate customer relationships to offer bank products and services.
• Follow established bank policies under supervisor guidance.
• Achieve monthly new account production targets as directed.
• Participate in active sales environment with in-store prospecting.
• Process deposits and payouts, balance daily operations, and record transactions.
• Receive cash and checks, verify amounts and endorsements.
• Examine cash to guard against counterfeit checks and IDs.
• Enter transactions into computer and issue receipts.
• Sell money orders, cashier's checks, wires, and certificates of deposit.
• Process Western Union wires and cash advances.
• Cross-sell bank services to a diverse customer base, including Spanish speakers.
• Perform other tasks as requested by supervisors related to bank operations.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
