Qualifications

• Must communicate clearly and professionally in both Spanish and English.
• Six months of work experience in a retail or customer service environment preferred.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must successfully pass background investigation according to company policy.
• Must be able to get along with co-workers and work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, handling cash transactions in a high-volume sales environment.
• Evaluate customer relationships to offer bank products and services.
• Process deposits and payments and balance daily transactions.
• Cross-sell bank services and products to a diverse customer base, including Spanish speakers.
