Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally in both Spanish and English.
• Six months of work experience in a retail or customer service environment preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in a high-volume branch.
• Evaluate customer relationships to offer bank products and services.
• Follow policies in accordance with bank and supervisor directions.
• Achieve monthly new account production targets as assigned.
• Cross-sell bank services and products to customers.
• Process deposits and cash transactions, balance daily operations.
• Verify cash and checks, ensuring endorsements and authenticity.
• Enter transactions into computer systems and issue receipts.
• Provide money orders, cashier's checks, wires, and CDs.
• Assist with Western Union wires and cash advances.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance and punctuality.
