Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent; currently attending high school is acceptable.
• Fluent communication in Spanish and English.
• Six months of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must pass background investigation.
• Able to work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in a high-volume sales environment, handling cash transactions.
• Evaluate customer relationships and opportunities to offer bank products and services.
• Follow bank policies and supervisor directions.
• Achieve monthly new account production targets.
• Prospect in-store and cross-sell bank services.
• Process deposits, cash handling, and balance daily transactions accurately.
• Verify cash, endorsements, and guard against counterfeit items.
• Enter transactions and issue receipts; sell money orders, cashier's checks, wires, and CDs.
• Process Western Union wires and cash advances.
• Serve a diverse customer base, including Spanish speakers.
• Attend to additional tasks as assigned; maintain regular attendance.
