• Evaluate customer relationships and recommend bank products.
• Follow bank policies and supervisor directions.
• Achieve monthly new account production targets.
• Participate in in-store prospecting and cross-sell services.
• Process deposits and payments and balance daily transactions.
• Receive cash and checks, verify amounts, and check endorsements.
• Guard against counterfeit currency and IDs.
• Enter transactions into the computer and issue receipts.
• Sell money orders, cashier's checks, wires, and CDs.
• Process Western Union wires and cash advances.
• Provide services to a diverse customer base, including Spanish speakers.
• Attend to duties as assigned; maintain regular attendance.
• Approval limits based on authority levels.
