Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, handling cash in a high-volume environment.
• Evaluate customer relationships to offer bank products and services.
• Follow bank policies and supervisor direction.
• Achieve monthly new account production targets.
• Engage in in-store prospecting and cross-sell bank services.
• Process deposits and withdrawals and balance daily operations.
• Receive cash and checks, verify amounts and endorsements.
• Inspect cash for counterfeit items and proper ID.
• Enter transactions and issue receipts.
• Sell money orders, cashier's checks, wires, and CDs.
• Process Western Union wires and cash advances.
• Provide services to a diverse, Spanish-speaking customer base.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Perform tasks as requested by supervisors.
