First PREMIER Bank in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking a customer service-focused professional to greet customers, process transactions, and support branch sales and servicing activities. You will work closely with clients to determine banking needs and deliver tailored financial solutions.

The role requires a minimum of one year in customer service or banking, fluency in Spanish and English, and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and process transactions accurately and efficiently.

• Understand deposit and loan platforms within core system.
• Meet annual goals for checking and loan products.
• Assist with consumer loan underwriting knowledge up to $25,000.
• Develop a referral network to grow customer relationships.
• Participate in community events to raise brand awareness.
• Perform teller duties as assigned.
