First PREMIER Bank in Sioux Falls, SD seeks a customer service driven associate to greet customers, process transactions, and provide banking solutions across Checking, Savings, CDs, and IRAs. You will work closely with the branch team to meet customer needs and grow relationships.

The role requires clear communication in English and Spanish, strong attention to detail, and the ability to identify sales opportunities during service interactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Handle account openings/closures and maintain customer records.
• Maintain understanding of deposit and loan platforms in the core system.
• Meet annual goals for checking and loan products in collaboration with the branch.
• Understand consumer loan underwriting and privacy regulations within authority.
• Establish a referral network to grow new relationships.
• Engage in community events to raise brand awareness.
• Complete teller duties as assigned.
