Qualifications

• In lieu of a degree, a combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and deepen branch customer base via proactive sales and service activities.
• Drive proactive sales conversations through defined sales process including outbound calling and lobby engagement.
• Create customer loyalty and grow share of wallet by positioning PNC solutions to meet customer needs.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify and solve customer problems to drive loyalty.
• Manage risk by adhering to policies and procedures and participate in branch daily operations.
