Qualifications

• Shows knowledge, skills, and abilities for a branch Personal Banker role.
• Associates or equivalent degree with related experience is preferred.
• Ability to meet sales targets and build customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer's share of wallet.
• Position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
• Drives proactive sales conversations via outbound calls, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement.
