Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Acquires and deepens the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Drives outbound sales conversations and engages clients to identify appropriate PNC solutions.
• Creates customer loyalty and grows share of wallet with a differentiated customer experience.
• Applies product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate and solve customer problems.
• Manages risk by adherence to policies and ensuring branch operations are efficient and accurate.
