Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant banking experience.
• Associates degree or equivalent preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred for Coral Gables community.

Responsibilities

• Acquires and deepens the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Drives proactive sales conversations using a defined sales process with outbound calls and lobby engagement.
• Creates customer loyalty and grows customer share of wallet by positioning PNC solutions.
• Applies product knowledge to identify and solve customer problems and enhance satisfaction.
• Maintains risk controls and adheres to all policies and procedures in daily operations.
