Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent with 1 year of sales or customer service experience.
• College degree is a plus.
• Knowledge of consumer financial products and retail banking services.
• Familiarity with digital banking tools and self-service capabilities.
• Ability to learn and navigate multiple systems and applications.
• Strong communication, client relationship and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidate must meet minimum language requirements in designated second language.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client experience to build, expand, and retain long-term client relationships.
• Open a full range of retail products, including loan products, for new and existing clients.
• Educate clients about online banking, Bill Pay, E-Statements, and mobile/ATM deposits.
• Resolve a variety of simple to moderate client problems with high client satisfaction.
• Provide teller transactions while seeking opportunities to deepen client relationships.
• Comply with internal controls, audit, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in coaching, training, and professional development to enhance product and systems knowledge.
