Qualifications

• 3+ years as a pediatric Speech Language Pathology Assistant.
• Experience in a home-health setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive Speech Therapy treatments under Supervising Speech Language Pathologist goals and treatment plans.
• Develop home exercise programs in partnership with patients' caregivers.
• Coordinate care between providers and disciplines in the patient’s medical neighborhood.
• Meet minimum weekly patient visit requirements as specified by the agency.
• Complete patient chart updates, progress summaries, and logs timely.
• Collaborate with agency personnel to maintain expectations and standards for high-quality patient care.
• Adhere to agency policies, procedures, and applicable laws in home-health pediatric speech language pathology.
