Therapy 2000 in Texas is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to join our home-based pediatric team, delivering compassionate, family-centered care in the child’s own home.

You will conduct evaluations, design and implement treatment plans, and collaborate with families and healthcare providers to support each child’s growth. Flexibility, reliability, and bilingual skills are highly valued; benefits include insurance, PTO, continuing education, stipends, and a company laptop.

Qualifications

• Texas license to practice SLP.

Responsabilités

• Perform comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations using standardized tests to determine therapy needs.
• Develop and implement treatment plans per physicians’ orders.
• Develop home exercise programs with patients’ caregivers.
• Coordinate care with other providers and disciplines within the patient’s medical neighborhood.
• Meet a minimum number of patient visits weekly as required by the agency.
• Complete chart updates, progress summaries, call logs, and other paperwork on time.
• Engage with agency staff to align on expectations and standards for high-quality care.
• Comply with agency policies, ethics, and applicable laws for home-health pediatric SLP.
