Therapy 2000 is seeking a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to provide in-home speech therapy services across Texas. You will work under a supervising SLP to deliver treatments and develop home exercise programs in partnership with caregivers.

The role involves coordinating care with a patient-centered team, achieving required weekly visit numbers, and ensuring timely documentation while adhering to agency policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive Speech Therapy treatments under supervising SLP goals
• Develop home exercise programs with caregivers
• Coordinate care with other providers within the patient's medical neighborhood
• Meet weekly visit targets as required by the agency
• Complete patient chart updates and progress notes on time
• Meet with agency personnel to align on expectations
• Ensure compliance with agency policies and applicable laws
