Aufgaben

• Perform comprehensive Speech Therapy treatments under Supervising Speech Language Pathologist goals and treatment plans.
• Develop home exercise programs in partnership with patients’ caregivers.
• Collaborate and coordinate care between providers and disciplines.
• Meet weekly patient visit requirements and complete chart updates and logs.
• Adhere to agency policies, ethics, and home-health regulations.
