Job summary

Therapy 2000 is seeking a Pediatric Bilingual Speech Therapy Assistant to join our home-based, family-centered team in Aldine, TX. The role supports pediatric speech-language pathology under the supervision of a licensed SLP, helping children grow and reach their communication goals in familiar home environments.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years as a pediatric SLP Assistant and experience in home-health settings, with a commitment to compassionate care and collaborative teamwork across providers.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive Speech Therapy treatments under Supervising Speech Language Pathologist goals and treatment plans.
• Develop home exercise programs in partnership with patients’ caregivers.
• Coordinate care with other providers and disciplines in the patient’s medical neighborhood.
• Meet a minimum number of patient visits weekly as required by the agency.
• Complete patient chart updates, progress summaries, and logs on time.
• Engage with agency personnel to maintain expectations for high-quality care.
• Adhere to agency policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
